Associate project manager

As an Associate Project Manager, you will lead sustaining engineering projects within the IO&E Division. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional and global teams to drive initiatives critical to product quality, regulatory compliance, business continuity, and growth. You will join a team of passionate professionals dedicated to improving patient outcomes through innovative medical technologies.

Specifically, this role will be responsible for leading Sustaining Engineering initiatives for the TheraSphere Y-90 Glass Microspheres product platform and associated accessories. TheraSphere is the diamond of the IO&E portfolio and a targeted, FDA-approved radioembolization therapy. It is radioactive Yttrium-90 (Y-90) that allows for personalized and flexible treatment for patients with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).

REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or Business related discipline.
Experience: 3-5 years of demonstrated work experience in project management leading cross functional teams with responsibility for managing project scope, schedule, budget, and performance.
Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
English level: C1 (Avanzado - Advanced)
Modality: Hybrid position in Zona Franca America (AFZ), Heredia
