Banker analyst

Descripción general

The ideal employee must have an in-depth understanding of both the business and technical aspects of the banking financial industry, with strong knowledge in Current, Savings and Time accounts, also back office operations and loans processing. This person must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills and must be able to demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure in time sensitive projects, potentially with direct customer contact requiring highly polished interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills. This person must be able to research and analyze reported software problems and define and implement creative corrective actions using currently accepted system design standards to ensure total customer satisfaction.

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required in Finance, Accounting, and Business
Two years of experience in banking industry
AS/400 and core banking experience is highly beneficial.
English C1+ required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry.
Strong analytical/problem solving skills to identify software nonconformities.
Knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
Ability to work with internal team members as well as external members such as vendors and clients as required.
Banking experience ITIL foundations will be highly desirable certification
