Descripción general

BDF Controller provide clear description of the position including responsibilities:
- Set up and management of spreadsheets and databases, and compiling information.
- Review of template and documentation to request the payment for commercial activities.
- Template, checking all data.
- Evidence, checking proof of performance.
- Invoice, checking legal and Tax Requirements.
- Follow up of Total payments flow.
- Upload to the STEAM system the request with evidence for TPR budget consumption.
- Request payments of GDM activities by uploading to DRIVE the corresponding POP in the template.

- Receive work letters by email and send them to employees. Only when requested.
- Receive work letters by physical mail, store them and deliver to employees. Only when requested.
- Receive each employee expense report, validate them vs physical invoices and scan them into Concur system; marked receipts as received and regularly audit expenses.
- Create a physical file for each employee (aprox. 5 to 8 employees per site), to archive employees date such as labor contract, labor offer, medical leave notifications, confidentiality
agreement, current personal ID, etc.
- Receive and communicate to payroll team payroll deductions received from local entities related to active employees; requests can be received directly from employees.
- Receive via email the hiring or termination documents and deliver them in physical to the employee’s manager.
