he Shared Services Center provides accounting services to the Americas region for Brightstar. The supporting functions include Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Reporting, Master Data Management, and Continuous Improvement. The majority of these functions are enabled by Microsoft AX and Oracle Hyperion. The center also provides support for certain transactions using legacy systems.

The Order to Cash area is responsible for: managing credit control of receivables ledgers, helping subsidiaries continue to develop relationships with key customers, and processing accounts receivables, credit checks, and collections when no local presence is required.

In this role, you will be responsible for compiling, audit and issuance of billing

Responsibilities:
• Pricing validation and upload backup
• Develop, prepare, analyze, and publish sales inflow and collateral forecast
• Prepare and publish Gross Sales DSO file monthly to calculate net working capital
• Enter Debit/Credit Memos for US and Canada Business
• Audit entered Debit/Credit Memos for accuracy weekly, and at month end
• Audit summary billing for accuracy and timeliness
• Audit customer portals vs JDE ledgers weekly
• Troubleshoot issues between finance and billing teams
• Prepare reports to be used for summary and weekly recons

Requisitos para aplicar

• 1-3 years relevant experience in the billing process
• English fluency at least 90%
• Mid Excel knowledge
• SAP and/or JDE and/or AX ERP knowledge
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of accounting processes, procedure and internal controls
• Manage workload and priorities independently
• Technical degree in finance, accounting or related
