?? We’re Hiring: Billing Clerk
?? Costa Rica | Hybrid (mostly remote)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to support financial operations and ensure accurate and timely billing processes.

?? What you’ll do:

* Execute invoicing, credit notes, and debit notes
* Ensure compliance with financial controls and cut-off policies
* Manage, scan, and maintain financial documentation
* Support internal audits and document control
* Ensure accuracy and timeliness across billing processes

?? What we’re looking for:

* Technical or university studies completed (Accounting, Finance, or related)
* 1–3 years of experience in billing, finance, or administrative roles
* Experience with electronic invoicing and financial documentation
* Knowledge of internal controls and cut-off processes (plus)
* SAP experience + intermediate Excel skills
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Advanced English level

Experience in high-volume corporate environments
