Business virtual agent

Responsabilities:

• Participate in business-facing activities such as presenting current solutions, conducting workshops to understand requirements, and participating in business development efforts.
• Lead the design and deployment of virtual/voice assistants to address complex business challenges and improve outcomes.
• Work closely with cross-functional international teams to design and implement virtual/voice assistants.
• Consult on customer projects and work packages that meet business requirements

What do we expect from you:
• Proven experience of 5+ years in consulting on IT customer projects in a fast-paced global environment
• 3+ years of experience with consultancy/business analysis of virtual/voice assistants
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, application developers and testers to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse global teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile delivery environment
• Degree in IT or relevant field; M.Sc/BE/MCA is a plus
• These certifications would be a plus: PRINCE2 Practitioner, Prince 2 Agile or PMP
• Experience in handling external & internal stakeholders and ability to convey technological capabilities of Virtual/Voice Assistants to business stakeholders.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills paired with empathy to easily navigate corporate, as well as managerial / business and tech environments.

Salary: 850.000
