6-month contract/ Position in Heredia Global Park/Hybrid model

Key Responsibilities:
Administer the weekly analysis and execution of the MRP to support purchasing decisions and proactively manage supply risks.
Ensure full visibility of risks in alignment with the SI&OP process, presenting mitigation plans for upcoming months.
Drive the purchasing process to meet targets related to Days of Inventory on Hand, Service Level, Backorders, and overall Inventory Management.
Ensure that Purchase Price Variance impacts are minimized to the greatest extent possible.
Maintain healthy safety stock levels for all components and manufacturing aids, ensuring stock does not fall below 75% of safety levels while remaining within maximum thresholds.
Issue purchase orders to vendors in compliance with the quality system and perform proper follow-up to obtain acknowledgments and prevent aging.
Ensure a smooth Purchase-to-Pay cycle, managing invoices in the VIM system to facilitate timely vendor payments.
Address and resolve receiving issues promptly to prevent stock from being held at the warehouse.
Maintain strong relationships and effective communication with vendors and cross-functional teams to support collaboration.
Support daily management activities and operational priorities.

Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.

Experience:
2 - 3 years in similar positions

English level:
B2+ / Avanzado

Skills:
Knowledge of MRP and strong analytical skills.
Excel and SAP knowledge.
