Descripción general

This position is responsible for will be responsible for purchase requisitions and purchase orders creation, review and approval process; purchasing vendor creation/modification request process; blocked invoices troubleshooting; vendor claims troubleshooting and outstanding customer service. Primary purpose of the position is to perform Procurement and sometimes Sourcing activities related to Indirect Spend for both internal and external customers. Candidate must be a team player and working towards to create best practices and exceed individual and department goals.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Responsible to create, review and approve purchases requisition.
Responsible to create, review and approve purchases orders.
Troubleshoot invoices with purchases issues to ensure proper registration and resolution.
On time and on quality delivery of Sourcing/Procurement Operations.
Meet KPIs, SLAs and internal metrics.
Interact with both internal and external customers.
Understand Company’s Principles and Procedures.
SAP ERP MM/FI Experience.
Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor level or almost finish university/college degree in Business Administration or a related Engineering.
2-4 years of experience working in similar roles (STP, P2P or similar).
Procurement or Buying experience is required
Intermediate/ Advanced Excel skills.
Customer service experience.
Innovative and Team Player.
Open to flexible schedules
Advanced English level: B2
