We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with call center and Office 365 management experience. This person must: - Be responsible for helping to resolve problems and complaints. - Communicate solutions, successes and opportunities to the teams with an eye on continual improvement. - Perform coaching and training, disciplining and reviewing teams' work and advances. - Be present and available for the team, communicate positively and provide feedback and constructive criticism.

Requisitos para aplicar

Proven experience as a SME in the call center field, at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
Proven experience managing Office 365 processes (Outlook, Messenger).
Advanced English.
Availability to work in a graveyard shift (10:00pm to 5:00am).
Fast learner.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Problem solving abilities.
