CASINO SPECIALIST

Responsibilities
• Previous experience within a casino environment.
• Deep understanding of casino games, rules, and procedures. Familiarity with gaming regulations and compliance standards.
• Manage incoming phone calls and chats.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers!
Requirements
• 2 + years Customer Support experience
• Communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts calmly and effectively.
• Team player, Proactive, with initiative and hard worker
• Very responsible and committed
• Microsoft office skills (Excel, word and Power Point) intermediate.
• Procedure-oriented, customer oriented and quality oriented.
• English skills (B2+).
• Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer Service.
