Our client a Multinational Company from the Pharmaceutical Industry is searching for a:



CCA Trilingual



Responsibilities:



Co-ordinate with the Americas Finance teams (AP, GAMA, AR, TR, T&E, Compliance and Procurement) and execute month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate closure of accounts in compliance with month-end close checklist.
Analyze and communicate consolidated review of profit and loss accounts and balance sheet, accountable for the financial accuracy of the affiliate’s Financials.
Responsible for all Internal Controls of Financial Reporting (ICFR) documentation and internal controls matters, act as owner for the ICFR tools – INVOLVE and BWISE
Review the monthly balance sheet reconciliation: follow up on open items and rectify any anomalies encountered
Carries out other report packages accurately and within the specified timeline, i.e. Sustainability, Insurance Reports.
Responsible for IFRS 16 Leasing related matters i.e SimSol /Planon .
Review and provide approval for all manual journal entries for registration.
Responsible for all management accounting aspects, i.e. period cost allocation, COPA allocation, SSC allocation, etc.
Responsible for multiple aspects of Accounts Receivables – review and approve manual billings, review debtors ageing and determine follow up actions, ensure all sales related activities are reported timely and accurately
Responsible for multiple aspects of Accounts Payables – review and provide approval of AP related activities i.e. vendor invoices, payment, etc.
Responsible for the financial integrity of the AR and AP balances including all accrual balances.
Responsible for formster data g- Chart of accounts, Cost Center, Profit Center. WBS, vendor and customer master data, UCI, etc.
Preparation of audit-related programs and documentation, including the relationship with the Auditor.

Knowledge and Experience:


Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or related. ACCA, CPA or other professional accounting qualifications will be an advantage.
A minimum of 7 years of work experience in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of accounting/auditing experience.
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices with competence in accounting software, relevantly SAP.
Experience in Project Management.
Language: English, Spanish, Portuguese are required.
