Clinical data manager

Overview
We are seeking a Clinical Data Manager to join our Clinical Data Management team. The ideal candidate will support the development and implementation of data management plans for clinical trials, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing data management plans for clinical trials.

Participate in the creation and maintenance of clinical study databases.

Ensure accurate and efficient data entry by study sites.

Support the design and execution of data validation procedures.

Generate timely reports on study data KPIs.

Collaborate with study teams to ensure proper data collection and reporting.

Identify and resolve data-related issues, escalating when necessary.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (FDA, GCP, ICH).

Stay updated on data management best practices through ongoing training.

Review data management documents and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare (Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Biology, Veterinary, etc.) or technical fields (Statistics, Computer Science, Software Engineering) with relevant experience.

Minimum 6 months of experience in clinical data management or related roles (preferably in clinical trials).

Knowledge or interest in learning business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

Experience with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems for clinical trials.

Advanced English (written and spoken).

Key Competencies
Clinical Data Management (CDM).

Proficiency in Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.

Knowledge of applicable regulations (FDA, GCP, ICH).

Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
