Cmdb specialist/librarian

Responsible for managing and maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform to ensure data accuracy and integrity. This role involves auditing the CMDB, managing configuration changes, resolving CMDB incidents and requests, and updating or removing Configuration Items (CIs). Additionally, will optimize the CMDB, align it with ITIL standards, and support organizational IT operations, governance, and business objectives.

Necessary requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or relevant experience

Experience:
At least 2 years of experience working with ServiceNow, Remedy or similar platform, with a focus on CMDB and ITSM modules

English level: Advanced
