Collections analyst

We are seeking a candidate for our Collections department to assist with the management and recovery of accounts receivable, ensuring compliance with payment deadlines and maintaining effective communication with customers.

The candidate will be responsible for following up on outstanding accounts, analyzing account statements, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient management of the collection cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and follow up on assigned accounts receivable
• Contact customers to coordinate payments and resolve discrepancies
• Analyze account statements and reconciliations
• Enter and update information in internal systems
• Assist in resolving billing-related disputes
• Generate collection reports and performance metrics
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Finance and Customer Service

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, or related fields
• Advanced English (required)
• Proficiency in Excel (reporting, basic/intermediate formulas)
• Experience or knowledge of SAP
