Descripción general

1. Strengthen the presence of Huawei’s ecosystem (AppGallery, maps, search engine, music app, etc) in Costa Rica:
? For AppGallery specifically, negotiate with local apps so they can join AppGallery. Includes integration when needed. Followup until process is completed.
? For Maps, negotiate with Points of Interest.
? For search engine, negotiate with new content providers as well as businesses (restaurants, stores, etc).
? Support local user operation task according to the strategy of regional team.
? Etc.
2. Sales for Huawei’s ecosystem:
? This position has a KPI of sales of advertisement inside Huawei’s apps and services.

3. Support marketing for Huawei’s ecosystem:
? Strategy to generate awareness of Huawei’s new apps and services.
? Design and implement co-branding plans with top local brands for Huawei’s new apps and services.
? Identify, develop and manage new strategic partnerships: identify commercial opportunities & service synergies, build and present solutions, and lead the critical transformation of leads into long-term partnerships.

4. Support Huawei Mobile Services development:
? Work hand in hand with region for special projects.
? Identify analytics-based improvement areas to our current services, and build solution proposals accordingly for our Management team.
? Drive Profit Growth: Managing the end to end sales cycle, pitch client-led solutions and build realistic and actionable commercial proposals in order to grow our profit margins results.
5. Internal process including sample management, budget application, presenting new projects to management, etc.

Personal Skills
1. Strong communication skills, preferably with experience presenting ideas and strategies to external business partners.
2. Quick learner. Must like to study and learn by his or herself.
3. Responsible with project execution and excellent with follow up.
4. Have excellent analytical and problem solving skills and strong sense of responsibility?
5. Have team spirit, good ability to withstand stress, positive attitude?
6. Must be able to attend meetings on weekends, nights, or early in the morning when needed.
Professional knowledge
1. At least 3 years experience selling advertisement.
2. At least 2 years working in marketing.
3. 95% English both oral and written.
