The Benefits & Compensation Specialist will be responsible of designing, implementing, and maintaining the Compensation and Benefits and Labor Relations programs, in accordance with global and regional guidance.
Main Responsibilities:
Implementation and administration of the Compensation and Benefits Policies and Procedures, both for staff and technicians. This includes determining pay scales, performance bonus and incentive plans.
Establishing policies for vacation, sick leave, overtime, maternity leave and other benefits
Reward Programs Administration, Sales Commissions, Stock Options, Production Bonuses
Stay updated with laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits and ensure compliance with it.
Conducting salary surveys?and propose best practices.
Lead the payroll administration process, supervising the outsourced provider and keeping the system updated according to law.
Calculate and control the annual budget, including labor cost, fixed cost, headcount, attrition rate.
Prepare monthly audits and reports for management team.??
Manage the payroll process, supervising outsourced provider and ensuring system updates.
Provide Employee Relations guidance, thought partnership, and coaching for all employees and levels of management in the organization.
Responsible for maintaining and distributing workforce reports, to include staffing reports, headcount, retention, attrition, vacations, and overtime.
Expertise and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Human Resources Administration, Business Administration.
8 – 9 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, Labor Relations, Payroll Administration and system implementation in multinational companies: Manufacturing.
HRIS: Workday, Success Factor, SAP, Legadmi, Microsoft Office tools (Advanced Excel)?
Experience in collecting quantitative data for analysis (Power BI a must)
Experience working with multi-national or global organizations.
Advanced English Proficiency 85%.
