Core network technical support engineer

Description
In this position, the engineer will be responsible for core network support, including
1. Technical pre-sales support, making engineering solution, network design, performance KPI analyzing.
2. Supervising project engineering process, including hardware and software supervision, acceptance test.
3. Perform software commissioning of Core Network elements and integration with related network elements.
4. Interface with engineering partner to locate technical problems that may arise during the engineering process.
5. Interface with third party to locate technical problems that may arise during the integration.
6. On site support in case of major or critical problems that cant be solved by customer or local subcontractor according to SLA.
7. Responsible for handling technical cases on ticket system and keep tracking these problems during the whole resolving process.

Requisitos para aplicar

1. Preferably a Master of Science / Bachelor degree or equivalent in any of the following: Computer Science, Telecommunication, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering.
2. Knowledge of Core network Technologies (GSM, UMTS, CDMA, NGN, switching)
3. Basic knowledge of data communication (advanced such as CCNA, CCNP)
4. Knowledge of Windows XP, 2000, Vista, and Solaris System (Unix).
5. Good knowledge in protocols for Core Network (ISUP, BICC, MAP, CAP etc. ).
6. Good Knowledge in core network Node ( HLR, EIR, MSC, MGW, STP ect)
