Credit Suisse Access Control is a team dedicated to provide identity and access management services to Credit Suisse in Active Directory and proprietary bank applications.

Job Responsibilities:

Creation of reports pertaining to Credit Suisse Access Control
Create, consolidate and generate monthly reports to manage Productivity Metrics for Access Control Agents.
Generating monthly Credit Suisse Account Billing reports for the Account Team
Generating and analyzing Manual Adjustments report as complement to Billing reports
Advise management and peers on matters of importance to direct area of responsibility.
Monitor and review changes in KPI’s and SLA’s on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to determine inbound impact.
Generate weekly KPI and SLA reports for the Account team.
Provide analysis and proposals to improve monthly KPI’s and SLA’s
Actively participating in meetings with Account team and client to provide insight of the team’s challenges in regards to KPI’s and SLA’s and provide possible solutions.
Actively participating in meetings with Account team to review the billing on a monthly basis providing insight on billing changes and recommendations.
Design and programming of custom reports requested depending on business needs
Be First point of contact between CS Management and HP Management for Reporting needs
Assisting in analyzing Credit Suisse Account Capacity & Productivity to identify GAPs and Improvement Channels to Meet Service Level Agreements.
Generates reports and measures to evaluate short and long-term effectiveness of deliverables

Requisitos para aplicar

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineer is a Plus.
Very Strong English Communication Skills, Verbal and Written.
Experience leading meetings to explain results available in reports.
Database management and administration is a must
SQL programming knowledge is a must
Business Objects knowledge is a must
Advanced Excel knowledge is a must.
Strong interpersonal, communication and time management skills.
Excellent Customer Relationships.
Must possess very strong problem solving and resolution experience.
Ability to analyze statistical data to ensure Account Performance Levels are met
