The Customer Service Agent role would be well suited to an individual with strong communication skills who has experience working in sportsbook and is interested in developing their knowledge in a dynamic and fast-growing company.
Responsibilities
• Manage incoming phone calls and chats.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers!
Responsabilities
• Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of inquiries professionally.
• Manage incoming phone calls and chats.
• Excellent Phone Etiquette, active listening, and clear verbal and written communication skills. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Alajuela, manage time well, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing or call center role is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service is a plus.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers!

Requirements
• 1 + years Customer Support experience
• Problem-solving skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Procedure-oriented, customer oriented and quality oriented.
• English skills (B2+).
• Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer Service.
