Data scientist (genai)

What you'll do
· Capable of leveraging advanced analytics to design automated solutions that enable operational process improvements across end-to-end operations and decision-making at the leadership level.
· Be driven to develop data science (solution design, data engineering and modeling) projects to achieve the strategic objectives of the team and the organization.
· Be capable to adapt to different scopes of projects in a changing environment and acquire the necessary business acumen in short periods of time.
· Be able to develop relationships with business partners and stakeholders in a fast-moving and international environment.
· Works in the identification of improvement opportunities and dependencies along with their impact on the business to integrate best practices to the current processes.
· Share knowledge with the team on the different processes, systems, and procedures learned.

What you'll bring
· Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Statistics, Industrial or Electrical Engineer or related field.
· Minimum of 2-year professional experience in a Data Science related position.
· Proficient in descriptive statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling.
· Intermediate / Advanced English level (B2-C1). Able to communicate in English (written and spoken) with native speakers.
· Knowledge of model deployment and solution automation is needed.
· Knowledge of optimization and simulation is a plus.
· Knowledge of operational research and supply chain logistics is a plus.
· Sense of urgency and capability to react and adapt.
· Good interpersonal relationships and presentation skills.
· Demonstrated teamwork and customer centered abilities.
