Descripción general

Dell Technical Support, is responsible for taking incoming calls from customers and providing technical solutions (technical quotes) within the customer’s budget in conjunction with excellent customer service.

Requisitos para aplicar

• Provide excellent customer service while developing full technical advisory for the customers.
• Develop product knowledge and skills for creating appropriate solutions and creating selling opportunities.
• Able to multitask
• 1 year related experience in tech support.
• Basic knowledge of hardware/software
• High technical knowledge (servers, desktops), able to handle customers via email or possibly phone.
• Previous experience working with Dell products (desired)
• Good communication skills (written/verbal)
• Excellent typing and listening skills.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure.
