Developer lotus notes/domino

Descripción general

The Developer Notes / Domino is responsible for translating business requirements and application design into business applications. This role is also responsible for supporting and enhancing existing applications. The Developer will work closely with the System Architects, Project Managers and BPIT Support Organization to plan, deliver and support solutions using the IBM Domino platform.

5+ years experience with Notes/Domino application Design (LotusScript, Lotus Formula, Javascript, Java, SQL)
3-5 years designing and developing user interface and web services components
Application and integration test and user acceptance test planning
Change management
Deployment planning
Customer Support
The candidate should possess
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Leadership, influencing, and negotiating skills
o Good interpersonal skills and be a team player
o Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
o Strong knowledge of change management
o Strong knowledge of deployment planning
