Description:
Performs activities concerned with design, testing and manufacture of electronic components, products and systems, development of applications of products for validation.
Candidate is expected to perform basic project management and engineering duties. Other responsibilities may be assigned. Engineering duties include ATPG content conversion and test bench generation for patterns validation, able to validate ATPG content at partition and full level chip level trough GLS simulation and develop all the required infrastructure for ATPG development, validation, conversion and test bench generation. Additionally, responsibilities include script development to automate flows and processes and document new methodologies or best known methods. Also, must be capable of content generation and pattern validation for High Volume Manufacturing testing and report out/track/communicate test report for every test. The candidate should be capable to use a structured problem solving methodology to debug issues with the proper documentation, classify failures as test suite, environment issue or model build for pattern validation. RTL debug test can be requested under the guidance from other team members. Project management duties include communicate status and maintain ownership for issue resolution. This person will work with project's owner to meet project's goals. Additional Skills: Understanding of simulation and content validation for Reset, Scan, Array and SBFT. Understand Low DPM methodologies are a plus. Project management skills are a core are desired. Good communications skills are essential. Prior experience content validation is important; proficient with Microsoft software suite Word, Excel, Outlook, UNIX, python & Perl programming languages.
Education:
Preferred: Bachelor's in Electronics Engineering with 1-2 years’ experience on the relevant area HS diploma or GED equivalent required for US candidates.

•Basic knowledge at Python, Perl, Shell script.
•Knowledgeable on Verilog.
•Previous experience on Unix.
•Good English written and verbal communication
•Knowledge on DFX industry standards such as TAP, SCAN and MBIST.
•Proven problem solving skills --? debug

•Knowledge of Company architecture such CPU and PCH
•Knowledge on Company's DFTs and Company testing environment.
•ITPP debug and validation.
•ATPG test content generation and debug using mentor tools .
•Previous knowledge on VCS.

•Knowledge on test bench generation for test content validation purposes.
•Knowledge on RTL tracing through waveform visualization/debug tools
•Prior knowledge in pre-silicon emulation, RTL simulation, GLS simulation.
