Overview:

The BDX Connect direct marketing team is looking for a talented marketing professional who will be responsible for the coordination of real estate agent targeted email campaigns. The Campaign Producer works closely with the other BDX Connect team members to successfully fulfill day-to-day business for BDX Connect products and ensure client satisfaction. Occasional travel to our corporate office in Austin, TX will be required.

Objective:

To ensure contracted e-flyers are launched according to terms while creating a positive customer experience and seamless workflow.

Duties and responsibilities:
:
• Coordinate artwork processing w/ Campaign Traffickers.
• Scheduling/inventory management of email campaigns.
• Coordination of email campaign production with other staff members.
• Trafficking and editing of email campaigns using our online messaging system.
• Perform quality control to assure adherence to HTML standards and email marketing best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve email campaign delivery issues.
• Management of our campaign platform vendor(s).
• Schedule launch and coordinate program tool for optimal list segmentation.
• Communicate to clients and sales recommended best practices for subject line and optimal deployment strategies.
• Track metrics to measure performance trends and develop strategies and offerings to promote positive growth.
• Create & implement fulfillment processes.
• Expert in the Responsys Tool with reporting, list segmentation, Scale.

Location: San José, Costa Rica.
Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm.
Salary: 1200$, not negotiable

Skills:

• Four-year degree in digital marketing or related field.
• 2 years’ experience with graphic design and web marketing - email marketing experience a plus.
• 2 years’ experience with Adobe CS Suite (Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Fireworks, Adobe Photoshop).
• 2 years’ experience with HTML and CSS coding.
• Strong English Skills both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail: Ability to proactively identify opportunities for errors and work to correct.
• Problem Solver: Work with team members to create solutions to support fulfillment including scheduling, creative services, deployment strategies.
• Flexible: Able to prioritize work load and manage client expectations.
• Problem solving and task management skills required.
• Ability to work independently.
