Descripción general

• Manage day-to-day operations of Employee Services Department, including but not limited to: Travel & Expenses, Administrative Services, Visual Designer Team, etc.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities to enhance existing processes and overall experience.
• Respond to escalated situations in a timely manner while giving constructive feedback.
• Ensure quality and performance expectations are communicated and achieved from all leads and employees.
• Perform root cause analysis to diagnose areas of improvement and work on long term solutions.
• Ensure a cross-trained and multi-skilled proactive team.
• Contribute to people development.
• Provide a high quality process performance and steer individual/team results.
• Assist with the onboarding, integration, and training of new hires.
• Follow up and resolve issues and queries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements and cost reduction.
• Assist in measuring performance (KPIs) against Service Level Agreements.

Requisitos para aplicar

• University degree in Business Administration or comparable professional education (Mandatory).
• More than 5 years of professional and management experience including team coordination (Personal leadership, coaching, interpersonal skills) (Mandatory).
• Excellent English language skills (Mandatory).
• SAP knowledge (Desirable).
• Proficient in MS Office (Mandatory)
• Ability to be customer oriented while applying globally defined and standardized processes.
• Be an open and creative problem solver.
