Finance lead

We’re looking for a Finance Lead to oversee financial operations across the LATAM region. This role involves managing budgets, financial reporting, cash flow, and leading a regional finance team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.


Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in finance, preferably within staffing or service-oriented companies.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing budgets, reports, and cash flow.
- Strong skills in vendor and client negotiations.
- Intermediate-advanced English for reporting and communication with global teams.
- Knowledge of Costa Rican tax and accounting regulations.
- Advanced Excel and ERP experience (SAP, NetSuite, or similar).
- Familiarity with IFRS, audits, and international clients.
