Responsible for the administration of Dole cash funds and cash forecast for Latin America and payment execution for Latin America and US Divisions to ensure an adequate internal control structure for Treasury and Payroll operations and additionally this position for the proper Dole Vendor Master File Administration in compliance with the best practices for all Dole Divisions.
• Administer, through specifics reports issued by the banking systems, Dole cash funds (“cash” is defined as all coin, currency, foreign currency, check, and P-card payments and wire transactions) in order to have the bank accounts funded and the payment execution can be done.

• Revise and analyze the cash forecasting for Latin and US Dole entities defined as a cash-based, through excel files, CF Forecast tool at Lotus, and bank balances reports. In order to maintain the funding and the payment cycle properly coordinated for all Latin Divisions and provides Corporate Treasury the proper figures.

• Responsible of the payment execution process for SFco de CR and its affiliates, DTP, DFFI, DBS, A.Atalanta and US Divisions: DFF, DFC, DPF, DPFF, DFV, and Canada operations. Through electronic transfer of funds, through JDE and banking systems. Ensure proper bank instructions input, internal control structure and company policies accomplish within the many banks involved in the process: Citibank, Bank of America, JPMorgan, Wells Fargo, US Bank, BCR, BNCR, BAC, among others in order to maintain the payment cycle properly coordinated.

• Coordinate and execute sensitive payments for company operations, such as fuel, charter hire, agents, growers, transportation, utilities, payroll, crewing salaries, overhead, others, through different electronic bank systems and payment instruments (checks, wires, ACHs and p-card) in order to maintain a proper payment cycle.

• Through a close relation with the bank executives assigned to Dole´s bank accounts, for local and foreign banks coordinate

Requisitos para aplicar

• Bachelor´s degree in Finance (CPA and Master degree are a plus)
• Full command of English
• 5 years’ experience
• Proven knowledge of banking systems / platforms and industry
• International payment methods and networks (SWIFT, NACHA, CHIPS, SEPA, etc)
• JDE, Excel avanzado SAP, Adam.
• Able to travel
