Our IT area characterizes by being responsible for both the design, development and implementation of short- and long-term solutions to information technology needs through new and existing applications, systems architecture, network systems and applications infrastructure, and the management of the IT infrastructure within an organisation. As a member of this team you can launch and support Video Conferences globally for all GSK business units, ensuring a high quality Video Conference service is provided that meets the needs of the business. This role gives you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career. One of the main responsibilities of Video Conferencing Tech Trainee is to accommodate customer requests and provide friendly quality of service.

We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

• Strong and effective written English and oral communications are required
(individual will have regular contact with senior GSK leaders across all regions, advanced level is required)
• Good command of MS Office
• Students of Systems Engineering (must be currently studying to be considered)
• Ability to learn fast
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
