Healthcare it analyst

Job Objective
To provide early-career professionals with the opportunity to develop as Healthcare IT Analysts through a structured training program that enables them to gain hands-on experience in healthcare information systems, clinical workflows, and enterprise IT environments. This role is designed for individuals who are highly motivated to learn, grow professionally, and build a long-term career in Healthcare IT, actively contributing to the support, configuration, and optimization of technology platforms used within the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities
• Participate in the design, configuration, testing, documentation, and ongoing support of Healthcare IT applications.
• Provide technical and functional system support under the guidance and supervision of senior analysts.
• Analyze and document user requirements, workflows, and system processes.
• Configure systems and support continuous improvement initiatives related to workflows and operations.
• Monitor system performance, identify incidents, and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
• Support the coordination of tasks, projects, and meetings as required.
• Provide support for platforms such as Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, ITSM tools, data and analytics platforms, and cloud environments.

Requirements
• Completed technical degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• University degree in progress (at least 50% completed).
Skills and competencies:
• Good level of English (reading and communication).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with solid organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented individual with a strong motivation to learn.
• Genuine interest in building a professional career in Healthcare IT.
• Ability to successfully complete a vendor-administered technical certification following the training program.

Preferred Qualifications
• Education in Information Technology, Systems, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Previous experience in technical support, application support, or help desk roles.
• Prior exposure to healthcare environments or clinical systems.
