Responsabilities:

Managing Global Manager Self Service requests & the Exit Management process
Responding to employees' queries through the Service Request Management system
Managing all manual employee data updates in Oracle Cloud
Contributing to assigned projects and special programs
Managing and updating monthly and quarterly Service Request reporting
Working towards automating manual tasks; assisting as a subject matter expert in Oracle Cloud and ServiceNow implementations


Requierements:
- From 06 months to 1 year experence
- Bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent) or currently be pursuing one.
- Demonstrate expertise with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, etc.)
- Advanced english
