Objective
-To support Human Capital administrative processes and tasks in order to achieve organizational and strategic objectives, to comply with Re:Sources Human Capital policies and procedures and Costa Rica legislation.
Responsibilities
-To manage the recruitment process in order to hire the requested personnel according the company needs and SLA´s (job, descriptions, sourcing, pre-screening, psychometric test, interviews, etc) for grade 1 & 2 positions or support other positions Grade 3 and above.
-To prepare all the documentation and systems registrations and requirements for new hires (systems logins, employee file, Exactus registration, bank information, Master Data requirements, etc) in order to comply with the Re:Sources governance and CR legislation.
-To prepare and follow up the providers or suppliers payments (POs) for Human Capital according to CRSS policies.
-To coordinate an deliver Publicis and Re:Sources CR orientation session in order to guarantee our personnel received the information need to understand Re:Sources culture and his/her role within the organization.
-Maintain monthly HC metrics, Head Count, Recruitment and Requisitions control in order to report to HFM and to the BSS systems and Shared Point.
-To coordinate with ASOLION the new temporary hires entrance and follow up all process.
-To support and follow up the implementation of programs, initiatives and projects related to Human Capital strategic planning (training, organizational development, compensation, recruitment, etc)
-To support Business Partners in benefits administration (Transportation, Medical Center, Cafeteria, Educational reimbursement, etc).
-To perform any other tasks, duties, or services requested by his/her immediate supervisor and Business Partners.

-Personnel of all areas of the company, including Managers, Supervisors, employees and upper management.
Academic and Training Requirements
Formal Education
-Advance studies in Business Administration with emphasis in Human Resources, Psychology, or related major. (75% compliance).
Work Experience
-At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources in multinational companies (Desirable).
Languages
-English intermediate-advanced oral and written)
Areas of Skill and Knowledge
