FULL TIME POSITION - CALLE BLANCOS, SAN JOSÉ. Minimum 6 months experience in customer service. Demonstrated appropriate sense of urgency and adaptability. Demonstrated effective, clear and professional written and oral communication. Intermediate MS Office applications specifically Excel, familiarity with web browsers. Schedule flexibility to work at least one day of the weekend. High School Diploma. 90% proficiency in English. 85% proficiency in Portuguese and/or another language. At least 18 years old.
