Main objective
Lead the development and execution of Market Access strategy at Country Cluster level to boost growth opportunities through value propositions and through an optimum management of the price strategy, in alignment with Brand/Country Cluster strategic mandate. Prepare externally (the market) and internally (capabilities) to ensure future success with company pipeline at institutional level.
Achieve the targets of sustainable growth, topline and market leadership of the institutional portfolio through leadership and efficient management of Sales and MACS teams (KIMs, KAMs, Health Policy and Advocacy).
Responsabilities:
• Create, Plan, Develop, drive and execute key Market Access strategies, action plans and operational activities including Pricing, Health Policy & Advocacy.
• Define and manage in coordination with the Brand Managers the activities and budget for the market access component of the Brand Plans. Guarantee resource availability and efficient execution for market access activities defined within the Integrated Brand Plans.
• Lead and coordinate the design of value proposition, value dossiers, institutional promotional materials, and other market access planning and communication tools for the key products
• Develop, Maintain and increase relationships with main stakeholders from public & private Health Institutions, to influence and shape Public Health policy, while ensuring full compliance with codes, laws and regulations.
• Stakeholders include health representatives from Chambers, Congress, Health Minister, Medical /Healthcare Associations & Patient Associations.
• Lead the Advocacy and Health Policy teams and action plans to achieve public enlisting and efficient reimbursement for Pharma products, in collaboration with the Regional (HUB) Access team.
• Ensure correct planning, implementation and control of Commercial activities to achieve business Sales targets.

• At least 5 years in similar position or managerial experience in Commercial and Market Access and with proven track record.
