Intercompany specialist

Descripción general

Our client, one of the most important Shared Services Center in the country is looking for Intercompany Specialists for their office in Costa Rica. This position reports directly to the Intercompany Team Lead of Global Shared Services Center and is responsible for performing tasks related to the General Ledger Close & Cash processes within the SSC. Also, this position ensures that accounts are properly reconciled and that closing entries are correctly recorded and posted to ensure accurate and timely financial data submissions. The Intercompany Specialist will perform tasks related to the General Ledger and Intercompany team and also will participate in the execution of the following tasks:
- Close Calendar development / maintenance.
- ICO Balance Sheet and GL Account reconciliation.
- Netting / Settlement processes between Company entities.
- Entry, review and posting of accounting journal entries.
- Fix intercompany variances according to analysis.
- Financial data reporting.
- Intercompany Reclassifications.
- Intercompany Billing.

Requisitos para aplicar
