Objectives of the position:

Manage commercial processes, develop innovative projects, open new geographies, structure value offerings with international clients based on strategic business vision, as well as support the regions under his responsibility.

Main Responsibilities:
• Identify, trace and present new business opportunities that will impact geographies' internationalization and development.
• Ensure sales, growth, new products, new customers, and channels targets are achieved.
• Manage international customer KPIs while implementing the necessary adjustments for superior business performance (commercial, logistics, service, portfolio, L&D).
• Maintain constant competition monitoring within geographies in which we participate, identifying commercial opportunities that will maximize the Business' brands' participation.
• Identify, propose, develop, and manage new business opportunities (products, customers, channels, and markets).
• Present and implement profitable projects that will drive commercial growth within geographies (portfolio, innovations, sales, new channels).
• Develop briefs to develop new products.
• Establish the pricing proposal.
• Build business plans with the client (portfolio, value proposition, sales fundamentals) and ensure its execution.
• Lead all sales point actions (Trade-marketing).
• Focus on customer support.
• Monitor logistics and service process for international industrial customers while ensuring increasing satisfaction and impacting customer loyalty.
• Optimize customer value proposition through service indicators (inventory, lead times, cost and pricing, investment).

Requisitos para aplicar

Knowledge and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or similar.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in food industry roles with high business impact projects.
• Advanced English level.
• Availability for traveling 50% of the time outside the country.
