You will support the continuing development and expansion of XDocu software, an all-in-one authoring tool, web document repository, and eCommerce solution for equipment manufacturers and their customers. You’ll write the code that connects the Java foundation with the databases, enterprise applications, and other resources required in a modern, cloud-based deployment.
You will work within a state-of-the-art infrastructure that includes the following technology stack: Java, Spring framework, MySQL, Solr, Hibernate, HTML5, Flex, and Linux. You will write testable, efficient code based on written requirements, develop and maintain Java-based components and interfaces, and write documentation as needed. You’ll work as part of a collaborative group in an Agile development environment.
At least 3 years of proven experience in Java, J2EE, JavaScript and the latest frameworks like JSF, Oracle ADF components
- Extensive experience in developing various web based applications using Hibernate 3.0 and Spring frameworks.
- Experience with WEB 2.0 technologies like Flex 3.0, DWR, Ajax and CSS 3
- Experience with Oracle, MySQL and other data bases
- Advanced English both verbal and written
- Experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment
- Experience in TFS
The project is to service a US based company
The team will be reporting directly to the client and working on the development of several web based applications.
