Job analyst and reviewer (08 months)

Responsibilities
Conducts full review and update of current job descriptions and completes modifications based on documentation provided
Audit all new job posting for compliance
Validate and update job posting as outlined in compliance documentation provided
Manage candidate background checks through a third party vendor (only for Background check Support - Not part of JD Team)
Manage reference checks through a third party vendor
Support other HR and Recruiting operations projects as outlined by documentation provided.

Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and maintains confidentiality
Flexible and able to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and deadlines
Detail-oriented; able to “connect dots” to see the bigger picture of related issues and solutions
High degree of attention to detail, and excellent organization skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient at handling high volumes of work and multi-tasking
Proficient in use of MS Office or GSuite, specifically Gmail, Sheets and Docs
Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English
