Manage relationships with all Global Commercial Partners and develop strategies for all LifeMiles partners in South, Central and North America. Define plans and clear goals for commercial partners in each region to increase sales.
Responsibilities:
Follow up on monthly results and key metrics for each partner. Review results and improvement opportunities with partners.
Develop strategic plans for all regional partners in order to maximize the value for both parties.
Manage relationship with all regional LifeMiles partners
Search, negotiate and implement new commercial partners.
Develop strategic plans and e-commerce structure maintenance
Follow up on client’s suggestions or claims to identify improvement opportunities in the accrual/redemption process.
Coordinate communication materials of all relevant information for regional partners.
Required Experience:
Experience in commercial positions, ideally in multinational companies.
Experience in marketing, analysis and management of key accounts.
Required Skills:
Negotiation skills
Oral and written communication skills
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Analytical / numerical reasoning
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Hotel Management or Tourism.
