?? What we’re looking for:
? 5+ years of accounting experience in LATAM operations
? Strong understanding of local GAAP and US GAAP
? Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, tax compliance, payroll accounting, and intercompany transactions
? ERP systems experience (NetSuite preferred)
? Advanced Excel skills
? Advanced English

Nice to have:
• CPA or equivalent certification
• Experience with SOX/audits
• Global consolidation exposure
• Multi-currency accounting experience
