About the Role

We are seeking a Learning Design & Development Specialist to create, update, and maintain operational procedures, knowledge base content, and instructional materials that support employee performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain technical and procedural documentation.
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and organize information.
- Ensure content quality, accuracy, and compliance with Knowledge Management standards.
- Support learning and development initiatives through instructional content creation.
- Review and improve existing documentation and knowledge articles.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Technical Writing, Knowledge Management, or Process Documentation.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Experience with content authoring tools and Knowledge Management Systems (KMS).
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
