Descripción general

Seeking a highly motivated individual for the 24*7 Command Center that is responsible for the monitoring and corrective actions based on routine health checks, reactive administration as well as correlation and reporting for High Level of Service Availability and Performance assurance. The individual would also be expected to be open for learning various related technologies to assist in our journey towards IT as a Service (ITaaS) Desired Experience:
#The person will be responsible to manage complete IT - LAN infrastructure.
#Which includes, Windows AD server (Primary and Secondary), Production Servers, Network Firewall, Wi-Fi-Devices, VMware 5.5 esxi, Storage (iSCSI and NFS), Linux machines Centos Based (rpm).
#Maintenance of the LAN, MAN, and WAN, the physical and logical servers and server software, and the telephone and related systems.
#Performs analysis of network needs and contributes to the design of network architecture, integration, and installation.
#Monitors and maintains network bandwidth use and stability.
#Performs Network infrastructure troubleshooting.
#Monitors network security and firewalls to maintain a controlled and secure network environment.
#Optimizes and maintains network software and hardware, configuring new components in a controlled environment, implementing preventive maintenance plans, monitoring and documenting network configuration changes.
#Maintains accurate and current records to ensure system integrity.
#Maintains local area network hardware and software, including physcal and virtual servers, Storage Area Network (SAN), routers, switches, peripherals, network nodes, terminals, wiring and all telecom and Voicemail components.
#Manages the telephone system and related servers and implements approved changes for all telephone system servers and all telephones and Voicemail accounts in MTI/NSFH. Familiarity with Nortel System, and patch panel work.

Experience with Incident Management, Customer Communication as well as overall coordination of resolution when other groups / tech stack is involved General Skills:

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
At least 5 years experience in managing LAN-WAN infrastructure
At least 3 years experience in managing Active Directory
At least 6 months experience in managing Telecom VOIP methodologies
At least 6 months experience in ESX

English: Fluent







Certifications
CCNA/ CCNP certified
Microsoft Certifications – AD/ Exchange
VCP Certification is added advantage


Qualification:

- Engineering Degree from good Institute (Electronics, Computer Science etc.,
OR
- Bachelor of Computer Science/Bachelor of Science/Equivalent Degree
OR
- Diploma in Computer Science or Electronics
