Network delivery representative

This will be a technical position to support different customers. The candidate will be responsible for the administration of Cisco Network devices and HP Network Products.

Responsibilities:
Analyze customer requirements to provide timely and effective solutions.
Follow detailed incident management processes
Investigate and resolve high priority incident tickets
Communicate with other technical teams regarding network operations
Monitor and troubleshoot connectivity and traffic issues
Work directly with our Customer vendors in order to solve high impact incidents
Provide proactive analysis based on trends in order to improve the customer infrastructure and health of the operations

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
Typically 0-2 years of relevant experience with Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years of relevant experience with 2 year post-high school degree.

The candidate must have up to date knowledge of the following technologies to be supported.
ITIL Background
CCNA required, CCNP or higher desired
Load Balancing, F5 or another Network Vendor skills are a plus
Network knowledge - LAN/WAN/Firewalls basics for troubleshooting
At least 2 year of experience as a Network technician
