Job Duties include • Review order records and other entitlement information. • Process orders and set up license entitlements. • Set up products and manage software assets in Flexera ALM. • Ability to translate customer order details into the desired customer experience. • Support of the NPI release process. • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues. • Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies. • Acts as Subject Matter Expert in support of process improvement initiatives. • Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures. • Desire to take ownership of special projects relating to fulfillment activities. • Create entitlement reports as needed.

Requisitos para aplicar

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. • Experience with software order entry and fulfillment processing. • Experience in using order entry systems such as Oracle and Salesforce for the processing of orders for customers. Experience with NetSuite and Flexera is preferred. • Experience analyzing order records and entitlement information. • Experienced in working in a team environment and directly with internal customers. • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills. • Ability to work under tight deadlines, particularly in the last 2 weeks of each quarter. • Must possess problem-solving and critical thinking skills. • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities. • Ability to work well with limited supervision. • Excellent interpersonal skills.
