About the Role:
Develop packaging solutions, materials, processes, and equipment for new product development and sustaining projects.
Coordinate packaging design and development activities for projects of moderate complexity.
Analyze operational, testing, and research data to improve packaging performance and product specifications.
Support the review and approval of packaging content and documentation.
Ensure all packaging deliverables comply with regulatory, quality, and business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive packaging innovation and continuous improvement.

Necessary requirements:
Education:
Bachelor or Licentiate degree in Engineering (Industrial, Industrial Design, Chemical, Materials, Mechanical, Biomedical) or related field.

Experience:
2+ years of experience in Packaging Engineering.
2+ years of experience in the Medical Device Industry preferred.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

English Level:
B2+
