Requisitos para aplicar

MUST: Bachelor´s degree with 6+ years of related experience and/or training.
Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet and graphics.

Business Essentials
o Responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with local and company regulations, policies and procedures for Health, Safety and Environmental compliance.
o Participates and leads discussion with costumers around delivery schedules.
o Analyzes, recommends and implements processes and procedures to provide accurate results on the inventory control of raw and/or any other materials.
o Develop strategic objectives that focus on areas of quality, cost, flexibility, productivity and speed.
o Demonstrate the ability to consistently deliver products and services to meet customer needs.
o Recognize that continuous process improvement is an accepted way of life in business.
o Accurately identify risks that affect supply, transformation, delivery and customer demand.
o Visualize the total process and aid in locating problem areas using process mapping, quality improvement and visualization tools to locate, quantify and correct root causes of problems.
Execution, scheduling and control
o Responsible for paperwork generation to support assigned product lines. This includes traveler issuing and closing, connecting jobs on the floor to orders in the system, and other activities typically performed by the production control function.
o Implement and determine the appropriate scheduling technique to control capacity at work centers: Finite scheduling, Infinite scheduling, Forward scheduling, Backward scheduling to ensure sufficient capacity to implement MRP by using CRP.
o Recommends and implement measures to improve production control methods.
o Revises purchasing or planning documentation as appropriate.
o Follow up production until reach ship date required checking no to over or under ship.
