Process automation support analyst

Descripción general

The Equifax Shared Services Center based in Costa Rica and part of Global Operations currently is in the need of dedicated Process Automation Support Analyst to act as members of the RPA Operations team. The Process Automation Support Analyst's role will be in charge of the first-line support for the Robotic Process Automation solutions deployed and cooperates with the Local Support Desk in finding solutions for RPA related issues and involves the RPA team where required.

Key Responsibilities:
 
Ongoing monitoring of the Robotic Process Automation System.
 Provide First-Line support to internal customers on regards to new or existing automations.
Deliver on service levels agreements and providing reports related to support metrics.
Documentation of errors and directing them to RPA Team members and Business Owners.
Creating QA procedures for existing and new automations and processes.
Support Testing of automations made through robotics (RPA).
Deployment of code delivered by the Agile Automation Team.
System Integration testing of all code prior to release.
Support and maintain existing solutions.
Ability to prioritize, work both independently and with the team.

Requisitos para aplicar

List Required Technical Skills (PC skills and software packages):
Knowledge of the RPA software used, its capabilities and constraints.
Graduate of Computer Science with medium knowledge of basic programming - minimum programming experience of at least 1 year in .NET (C#, C++or VB), Java.
Minimum 2 years experience in BPOs or application support.
Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
High customer orientation and problem solving skills are required.
Previous experience working with RPA tools is a plus.
Knowledge of Agile Methodologies is expected.
