Creganna Medical part of the TE Connectivity Ltd. is looking for TRANSFERS Team is seeking for a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide motivational leadership for department staff and develop the necessary skills of supervisors and leaders.
• Delegate objectives and tasks to supervisors and leaders.
• Evaluate employees' job performance and discipline and accompaniment, as necessary.
• Help establish department goals, utility, quality, delivery time, and safety goals.
• Monitor and respond adequately to actual goals, utility, quality, delivery time, and safety results in order to meet planned production performance objectives.
• Maintain effective communication with all other departments.
• Determine the staffing, methods, programming and resource needs necessary to meet its objectives.
• Work with supervisors and department leaders and the Methods group to continuously improve product flow in order to meet performance objectives.
• Support corporate objectives to continually improve the capabilities of manufacturing personnel and morale.
• Knowledge and application of 5S.
• Apply analysis and strategy to meet the goals of the company
• All other functions assigned to you

Requisitos para aplicar

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree on Engineering
• 2 to 4 years of experience specially in migration process for USA market
• English level 85% Oral and Written
• Proficient in MS Office / Excel
• Focused on Problem Sensitivity Analytical thinking
• Root-cause analysis
• CAPA experience
• Experience creating documentation for standard manual procedures and other protocols
• Willingness to work effectively in a team environment
• Passport and valid USA VISA desirable

MEDICAL INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS
