Project & process improvement sr analyst

What you'll do
· Drive Strategic Alignment: Help prioritize Data Engineering initiatives, ensuring they support executive goals in Automation, GenAI, and Compliance.
· Inspire Agile Methodology: Facilitate agile planning, manage timelines and risks, and uphold governance and reporting standards across projects.
· Build Bridges: Collaborate with cross-functional customers to understand their project requirements and partner with engineering teams to deliver solutions.
· Lead with Influence: Cultivate strong relationships with technical experts and business leaders in a dynamic, global organization.
· Strengthen Support Systems: Design and implement L2 ticket escalation paths with clear SLAs and standardized workflows.

What you'll bring
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in: Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
· Experience: 5+ years of project or portfolio management involving data, processes, and/or innovation OR a master’s in industrial engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, or MBA.
· Experience with Jira/ServiceNow ticketing systems, Confluence and escalation workflows.
· Agile methodology experience for enhanced project management and iterative improvement. Knowledge of lean methodologies.
· Skills: Fluent in English (C1). Exceptional communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management abilities. You need to thrive in a fast-paced, adaptable environment.
· Go-Getter: A demonstrated sense of urgency and strong customer-centric mindset.
Preferred Experience
· Experience working on global projects with interdisciplinary teams.
· Familiar with any of the following tools:
o Database Tools: MSSQL Server (basic), Git (basic), Big Query and familiar with GCP
o Data Visualization: Tableau, Power BI.
Flexibility to travel to our Home Office (USA).
