The P2P Team Lead will provide day to day operational support and management to the P2P Team and respond to all financial function queries/requests related to the Accounts Payable and Payment Processes. Oversees the efficient, accurate, and timeliness of our production output. They analyze production capacity and demand adjustment staff in order to deliver on cycle time commitments. They also help enable team members with the tools they need to do their jobs effectively. They lead and participate in all continuous improvement efforts. They participate actively in our associates’ life cycle within the company. They make sure AP KPIs are achieved on a regular basis, otherwise identify actions plans to remediate the situation.

Requisitos para aplicar

People management experience (at least 1 year). Strong experience leading a team for internal and external candidates.
Procure To Pay End to End Processes knowledge
Experience with Oracle Payables module is a plus
University bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or a related economics subject completed or in progress.
