Position: QA Documentation P1
Department: Service Quality
Contract: On-site, Monday through Thursday 7AM-5PM, Friday 7AM-3PM

Key Responsibilities:
• Review field service documentation (e.g., installation records, test results, GDP forms) for
accuracy, completeness, and compliance with SOPs.
• Validate that required fields are filled, signatures are present, and data entries align with
expected formats and values.
• Flag discrepancies or missing information and follow up with responsible parties for
correction.
• Maintain a log of documentation issues and trends to support root cause analysis and
process improvement.
• Collaborate with the Service QA and Business Process teams to refine documentation
standards and checklists.
• Support the development of QC dashboards and reporting tools to track documentation
quality metrics.
• Participate in weekly QC huddles and contribute to the continuous improvement of the
review process.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university degree
• 2+ years of experience in quality control, document auditing, or compliance review.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in technical
documentation.
• Familiarity with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and regulated service
environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
• Exposure to field service operations or service documentation workflows.
• Experience in SalesForce service module
